ONLY ONE GOD

There is one and only one God

He is father of all good or bad

Why hate each other and shed blood

Weak and innocents killed in the name of God

Call him by any name, he is God

Believe in my God or get killed!

Your God is not father of mankind !!

He is some imaginary entity makes you blind

Let us all move together, love all and be kind

Leave all bigotry and cruelty behind

Discover our God and father who bind

Don't use his name to kill and divide.

A Few Words Of Apology And Devotion

I am a surgeon not a poet. Please do not judge my writing from literary angle. Rather have the feel of my pure love and emotional expression. I wrote these few rhymes in honor of my wife, friend, a companion and above all a divine soul. All these are spontaneous expressions of my true love and respect for a super human being who never hurt anybody with her words and deeds. Somewhere in my diary (50 years ago) I had written that I shall get married after 11 days with an angel ( Raj) who will solve all my problems of life. We got married on 12h November 1961. She left me on 27th August 2010. we had a blissful married life for almost 49 years. Indeed I am indebted to her and shall remain till eternity. - Dr. Kuldip Singh Khera
